BOOKING CONDITIONS
Your party booking is with Funky Kids Party. Your booking is confirmed when we have received your 30% deposit or full payment and we have sent a confirmation invoice.
Please note that upon confirmation you are responsible for payment of the full order value, subject to the cancellation or postponement charges set out below.
We aim to ensure that all descriptions in our brochure are accurate. We will notify you of any changes before you confirm your booking. Funky kids party reserves the right to alter or withdraw any party or service.
All prices are subject to change at any time with the exception of confirmed bookings. There may be additional travel/delivery costs outside our area; these will be confirmed at time of booking.
Final Payment is due 7 days before the party date.
Late bookings at 7 days should be paid in full.
The parent or caregiver is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue whether at home or at any other premises, for the supervision of exists, and for ensuring that children only leave the party venue with their own parent or guardian. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us.
We must receive written notification if you wish to postpone or cancel your party.

29 to 42 dys deposit only
15 to 28 days 50%
8 to 14 days 70%
7 days 100%
The above charges are immediately payable to us
Please note we are unable to provide any refund for bad weather so please consider covered venues or a contingency plan.
We would like to store your name and address details for sending you information on our services; if you do not wish us to do this please let us know.
LIABILITY
Funky Kids Party shall not have any liability to the client for any loss, damage, costs or expenses which the client suffers or incurs arising out of the event unless arising out of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Funky Kids Party its employees or suppliers.
The client undertakes to indemnify and keep indemnified Funky kids party in respect of any damage to property or any other loss of any nay nature whatsoever that Funky kids party may suffer as a result of any act or omission of the client or its guests as the event.
Funky kids party will not be liable to the client for any loss (whether direct or indirect) of profits, business or anticipated savings or for any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever even if Funky kids party shall have been advised as to the possibility thereof. Except in respect of death or injury to persons arising from negligence.
Funky kids party liability to the client arising by or in connection with this Agreement shall in any event be limited to the estimated or final booking value. Accidental damage to the property at the event should be covered by the clients own insurance and no claim will be accepted by Funky kids party which hereby excludes any liability for any such loss.
Funky kids party do not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non completion of the event or for any delays arising as a result of:
1) Bad weather
2) Loss, damage or cancellation due to fire, floods or any other cause beyond its reasonable control
3) State funerals and days of public mourning
4) Strikes, riots or lock outs affecting any trade with which Funky kids party is concerned
COMPLAINTS
Please address all complaints to our party director at our business address. Any complaint must be put in writing, however please report any problems during your party.
Funky kids party staff are all police checked and we have public and employee liability insurance with insurantz.com All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions

We collect information about you to allow us to process your order and to keep you informed about our products and services. We will never sell your personal information to any third parties.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
